This privacy policy sets out how the Crystal Palace Triathlon uses and protects any personal information that you give us when you enter our race.
The Crystal Palace Triathlon is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when you enter our race, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Sharing of Information
The Crystal Palace Triathlon does not sell or rent any personal information or data supplied by you to a third party.
We may provide selected third parties with information for the performance of any contract we enter into with you (for example, third party service providers to help in areas such as event registration, timing and results).
We will provide the British Triathlon Federation (BTF) with race results for the purpose of providing membership services only and for the compilation of anonymised statistical information and London League results. We share your personal information with our timing company to enable them to record and report race results.
Retention of Personal Information
We keep your information for as long as necessary to organise and run the event. An archive of
results from previous year’s races is kept and available on the websites of Crystal Palace Triathlon,
British Triathlon and the timing company. This will includes your name, age group and club (if
applicable).
Questions, Comments and Complaints
If you have any concerns regarding our Privacy Policy then you can contact us by email.
All emails sent by the system contain a tracking pixel. This is used to track whether each email has been opened by the recipient, and when. This information can be viewed by those users of the system with permission to view email delivery reports. We do not display any information regarding the location of the recipient. Note that the tracking pixel is only activated if the recipient chooses to download images into their email client.
We, Crystal Palace Triathletes, make use of the myClubhouse software supplied by Simmetrics Ltd to process personal data we include on our myClubhouse website in accordance with our privacy policy set out above. Simmetrics Ltd processes your personal data on our behalf and they can only do so in accordance with our written instructions. Note: Emails sent via the website are not entirely private. A copy of every email is held on the database and this can be accessed by certain club administrators using the Sent Emails page.
